2. Inside the Global Coherence App, click on “Join New Group”.
Search our group name: “Global Heart Sync (A NexGenHealth Initiative)”.
Enter passcode: IndigoOcean01 (that's zero, one).
If you don’t have a bluetooth or wired inner balance sensor, then select to use your phone’s camera to measure your heart rate variability.
Place your finger on the camera lens. You'll know you have the correct lens because the screen will turn red when your finger is on the correct lens.
Once connected, swipe left to view your real-time heart rhythms. If you need assistance, CLICK HERE for tutorials on installing the app and joining the group.
